When I first set out to create books, I didn’t have a grand vision in mind. What I really wanted was to create something meaningful, something that could ignite a small spark in others, whether it be a burst of curiosity, a surge of creativity, or a hint of friendly competition.
For me, publishing a book has become a way to express the many sparks that dwell within me. These aren’t just ideas. They stem from my emotions, my experiences as a scientist, a woman, and a mother, and the pure joy I find in learning. Sometimes, my inspiration flows from my deep love of knowledge. Other times, it comes from the need to process feelings and often from the simple pleasure of creating something playful and inviting. I don’t create with a specific audience or fixed goal in mind. I create to express those sparks within me and to share them with others.
My hope is that through my books, readers will ignite their own sparks. It may be a curiosity about the world around them or the joy of creating something colorful. It can also be a moment of calm, comfort, or pleasure in solving a challenge. Each reader brings their own unique experiences to the pages, and that is where the magic happens. Their personal interpretation becomes a vital part of our shared journey.
I chose the tagline “Books to Light the Spark Within” because it speaks with my belief that books can ignite curiosity, creativity, and connection. It’s not even about any single type of book or spark; it’s about honoring the countless ways that books can touch us. Whether we are children or adults, we are constantly learning and growing.
If even one person finds a spark through my work, then I have succeeded. Thank you for being here and for joining me on this journey. Your presence and engagement mean the world. There is always more to discover, and I am excited to continue this adventure together.
